By ordering an eBook from Hikmabooks, you agree to the immediate execution of the contract via digital download, and you expressly waive your legal right to request a refund after downloading.

However, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation, we are required to inform you of your rights before downloading the product.

Right to Refund (Before Download)

If you have not yet downloaded the eBook, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Simply let us know clearly that you wish to receive a refund. There is no need to use a specific form. Your request must simply reach us before the download link has been used.

Consequences of a Refund

If you request a refund before downloading the file, we will refund the full amount paid, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your request.

No fees will be charged for this refund.

No Refund After Download

Once the eBook file has been downloaded or accessed, the right to a refund is forfeited and the sale is considered final.
